After receiving a 3d file or a floor plan supplied by a client, architect or builder, we determine a quote based on that information provided, including the desired number of camera angles, themes and the number of images. We then model the project and its surroundings realistically to the intended location, or a location that suits the indented result of the project.

At this stage, we apply the textures and materials as discussed, while adding elements such as trees, pot plants, additional greenery and neighbouring houses. This is our first of two drafts that we send to you for feedback in the form of “mark-ups”, detailing things such as colours, textures, furniture or any of the surrounding landscaping. Then repeat the process a second time after changes have been made.

After we have made the final changes, we send the image to be rendered in high resolution. Then with post production on the images we make the renders stand out and ready for print, social media and web pages.
